Our client is looking for a data Analyst to join their Operations team. This role will assist with the day to day reporting and analytical requirements of the Operations Department. You will be taking on a highly challenging and rewarding role dealing with a wide range of people and data. Successful candidates will be working on analysing data and presenting findings in a visually clear and accurate manner. You will also assist many people across the organisation, answering and investigating queries. As such, you will need to be confident and energetic with good background in data analytics and a keen focus towards accuracy. Key Responsibilities: The main duties will include: Producing Daily/Weekly Reporting Presenting data in clear graphical form Analysing large datasets and identifying anomalies Presenting finding to various lines of management Developing new reports and ensuring they are readily available Learning and developing skills in SQL, VBA and SharePoint Candidate Specification: It is essential that all candidates have the following: High competencies in Microsoft Excel, especially formulas An analytical mind set Strong numeracy skills Attention to detail Good communicational skills, both written and verbal Presentation skills A willingness to learn and develop new skills The following attributes are considered desirable, but not essential for the role: Microsoft SQL Server Management Server Experience SQL & VBA Coding SharePoint Development Previous experience with Microsoft AX Microsoft Office applications
